At-A-Glance

Tisha Poncio is a career coach in Dallas with more than twenty years in education and EdTech. I designed and built her consulting site to introduce who she is, who she helps, and make booking a first conversation effortless.

My Role

Problem

Tisha works with a wide range of people: high school seniors, new graduates, educators and career changers. The site needed to speak to each of them clearly without becoming a wall of services, and turn a visit into a booked discovery call.

Approach

A warm, confident design led by Tisha's own story. Separate paths for students, graduates and professionals help visitors find themselves quickly, services are broken into clear, scannable cards, and the free 15-minute discovery call is the primary action throughout.

Outcome

A focused single-page site bringing together Tisha's bio, testimonials, services, our co-authored book and an enquiry form that routes each message by what the visitor is interested in.
